Our Story
Haven at the Mutual Building is located within one of Covington's historic architectural landmarks. Designed by the renowned firm Samual Hannaford and Sons in the early 20th Century, the building has long been part of the neighborhood's commercial and social fabric. Over the decades it has housed local businesses, offices, and even the beloved Lang's cafeteria, a two-level restaurant that welcomed Covington residents for generations.
Following a careful restoration in 2014, the building was revitalized into a mixed-use destination that preserves its historic character while introducing modern living spaces. Today, Haven offers thoughtfully designed suites within this storied building, allowing guests to experience Covington from a place where history and contemporary comfort come together.
